Paying off mortgage is surely not an easy thing. Living with only one salary now, we have to spend wisely since expenses is bigger now after the arrival of kids. We are blessed as we still have enough food to eat, could afford to go to places we want to go, and a safe vehicle to shield us from the rain. Probably when the kids grow up, and once they are capable on their own, we will be able to do some property investment and get return from the Outer Banks rentals for our old days living.
