A modified dish from the Salted Egg Fried Prawn or Salted Egg Fried Crab (Ham Tan Hai in Cantonese). It is also very easy to cook. See recipe.
I bet anyone who has tried the recipe above would surely lick their fingers clean. However a dish with salted egg is not recommended for people with high cholesterol. Even hubby does not want us to eat frequently. I better not otherwise I’ll need to take Fenphedra to help me loose weight.
