Wanna know how I bake?
Baking for sale? Initially I thought it would be a good idea, since I love to bake and now have a big oven. Also to earn some extra pocket money for the coming CNY. But for the past 2 baking sessions, I almost fail! One baking project has to be divided to so many sessions when they boys are asleep. How I do it, keeping my schedule on time using the Fossil watches that I have.
Boys’ 1st nap: quickly weight and mix the dough
Boys’ 2nd nap: stamp and decorate the cookies (but sometimes cannot finish)–to be continue—-
Boys’ 3rd nap: —continue…
If the boys do not nap a few times, then I cannot continue my outstanding job. The breaking up sessions is also one reason why my cake collapsed as I left the mixture too long while nursing the boys in between.
