I have been doing weekly slimming massage who comes over for home visit weekly. Each session last about for one and a half hour. Each session cost me Rm70 for a lower body massage session or Rm90 for a whole body massage. Each session last for between 1.5 hours to 2 hours and comes with a hot tummy mask. I am not sure this will be as effective as taking diet supplements, but at least it brings great relief to my tired body after sitting for long hours in front of the computer.
