Everything here is getting more expensive now. With the cost of living rising up so quickly, our buying power here is decreasing tremendously. Furthermore, starting pay for our degree holder is still as low as 10 years back.
If the workforce in our country does not improve, I will definitely encourage my children to go overseas to take up the CNA training. Building a noble career in nursing field, they are offering very good pay ranging from $18,000 to $35,000 as long as one graduate from the CNA Training. Even if we could not afford to send her to overseas, there are financial aid and scholarships which is very commonly offered to their students.
