Slimming down too slowly

You think I am slim? Still far away from my dream. Although I am breastfeeding both my boys now, my weight is going down very slowly. I am quite please to see my weight diminishing one kg each month when I bring them to the clinic for their immunization. I do hope I could find out how to lose weight more quickly now before I stop breastfeeding soon.

Cheaper does not mean good

Nowadays there are so many things which are made in China. Even most of the home furniture and electrical appliance are coming from China due to cheaper manufacturing cost. However although cheaper, the quality might not be as good as expected. For instant, we have been changing our light fixtures as they burn easily. Still spend the same in long run, hahaha…

Result of losing sleep

I must admit that I am quite proud of myself when someone commented that I have lost lots of weight. It is indeed a joy but at the same time, I am very tired too, taking care of my twin boys. After the confinement, I have been taking care of them round the clock. At night I have to handle both of them alone. Due to lack of sleep, I have lost lots of weight, not to mention aging. With the rate of weight lost that I am getting on, I think I would not need to read more about the diet pill reviews anymore.

Missing my face spa

I have got tonnes of facial mask and creams in my wardrobe. Sometimes I even keep them until I forgot to use them and they expire. When my friends came back from Japan a few months back, she even gave me some very good masks but until today, I still do not have the time to try out them. Since I am so tied up with the boys, I do not even have time to go for my monthly treatments for acne. Haha…luckily my face is as smooth as white tofu right now!

My tummy is still buldging

It has been 3 months since I delivered my boys, but now my tummy is still black with the belly button bulging out whereas all areas of my body has been back to normal. Although my hubby said he does not mind about the look of my belly, I feel it really looks horrible on me. I wonder if non-prescription diet pills like alli can help me burn the fats off me.

Chooi Peng just came over to visit the twins and you would not imagine how envy I am when I see this young and slim mama of two.

Unlike other mothers, after I gave birth to my first child, I did not loose much weight at all even though I was exclusively breastfeeding my girl for the first year. And this time, with the twins, I really doubt I would since I am eating so much to satisfy my frequent hunger. I probably need the weigh loss pills to help me loose weight with the way I am eating!
