Schooling boys

I can’t believe that my boys will be going to school, so soon, in another few days time. I think I have got everything ready for them, except for labeling their belonging. I have been wondering how to label their bags, their shoes, their water tumbler. Stickers with names would not stay on for long, for sure. If only I can get hold of some customized lapel pins, that would be best!

Potty trained?

My boys is potty trained by the age of 2. But at times, they still pee in their sleep at night.

So now I have to wake up in the middle of the night, to put the boys to pee just in case they have a full bladder. However there are times when I was too deep in sleep and my poor Korkor accidentally pee on our baby cot’s latex mattress! I think I should switch to use memory foam mattress again, until he can wake up to pee by himself.

Eating out is not easy

Although it is not easy to dine out there in peace with the boys, I still prefer dining in restaurant to enjoy the ambiance and while the food is hot. Hubby, on the other hand, prefers to take out food especially when the boys are making lots of noise. And because of this, sometimes you might see us eating out food from the pack inside our car, during outing while I busy feeding them behind the wheels.

Playgroup is fun

It has been almost 3 months since my boys attending the playgroup. Run by a church organisation nearby our place, not only the boys are looking forward to attend their play every week, even Mummy is looking forward eagerly to bring them there. Too bad QQ can’t join us, as she has to attend pre-school on weekdays. I hope to bring her there next year, when she goes to afternoon school in standard 1. Hope we have more leisure morning to laze on our outdoor chaise lounges next year.

Next month is our Birthday month again!

Time flies and now I have less than one week to prepare the kids birthday party. She already know what she wants for her birthday present so that will save her trouble from getting the right gifts for her. And since she just want a small party at home this time, I only have to prepare some foods upfront so that’s overly easy. Its the boys’ birthday party that I am more concern about now.

Chasing game

I have bigger bum now. Lack of exercise and sitting most of the time in front of the computer, I gain weight easily now. Although I am eating less, my weight still hardly goes down. Not even when I chase my very active boys (or probably I hardly chase them coz Kakak is doing all the job!)

Nice leather shoes

My boys got good and expensive leather shoes this year. It is something very nice looking, and at one glance you will think that it is the Stuart Weitzman. It is a milky color leather with a thicker sole so that it is safer for them to walk outside. However they are not wearing it much yet as they are still not allow to walk outside just in case they run all over the place!

Pushing the Plasma

We have a big plasma now. Although there is a TV remote controller to use, sometimes my girl just prefer to touch on the screen, especially when the remove controller is no where to be seen. Worst till, my boys keep on following their sister step to push the screen instead of touching it lightly. It would be safe if our plasma is mounted on the wall, but since it is put only on tv stand, we are so afraid it will topple over one day. It is so dangerous to a low TV cabinet, isn’t it?

Holiday is over

I can’t believe that six weeks holiday just pass so quickly. It was quite a hectic one we went to Penang for vacation, then back to Melaka for a long Christmas holiday. I did not do any revision with QQ during the holiday. We have even been sleeping till past 9am daily with the kids. Everyday at home is about play where they love their bath adjusting water themselves at my Grohe faucets while I am stuck to my laptop all day long. How I wish holiday would last longer!

Long lasting handphone

I have changed many cell phones over the years, especially after the kids arrive. You think getting them the imitation will work? Tell you, it will not. They can tell easily which is real and which is fake. Although their is more colorful and sing nice songs, they still prefer our boring and black looking ones. Smart right?
