Ever since I have the boys, my life almost turn upside down. They have been crying so much ever since they were born. We have the most difficult task in the world, that is to put them to nap or sleep, and make sure that they continue to nap. These boys are very timid as they can easily being jerked up by any slight noise. One slight movement from them, they will wake up immediately. So, we ended up have to ensure that one person must be with the boys full time, even though they are asleep. We have to rock or pat them back to sleep whenever they moved in order they continue to sleep soundly.

Babies lack of sleep will sound very cranky, even though they are awake. Even we adults too. I know that good naps are important to promote good health, mood, growth, intelligence and well-being.

While I was finding solution to the problem I am facing, I came across this book, “The No-Cry Nap Solution: Guaranteed Gentle Ways to Solve All Your Naptime Problems” written by Elizabeth Pantley. Just from the excerpts from the book, I was surprise to see how light my twin babies sleep are!

In her book, she even have tips how we parents can prolong our child’s nap by “Making Short Naps Longer”. I believe her books would be a good read for most parents who need them desperately like I do. To find out more details about the books, do check out http://www.pantley.com/elizabeth/.

Oh yes, I am writing in order to participate in their running contest to win the complete sets of the FIVE solution books. I hope I will be chosen as one of their winners so that I could use their solution to tame my little monsters!!
