<p>I thought life would be easier once the boys go to school, so I can start hitting the gym (you know toning my body with help of <a href="http://www.testosteroneboosters.org/syntheroid/">syntheroid</a>), the truth is I am even more busier right now. The only time I can rest is in the afternoon, so when the boys take their nap, I will steal my nap too!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lately hubby has been telling me about learning Qigong. He has been complaining a lot about his health, after getting the <a href="http://www.medicaldevicedepot.com/">ecg</a> report.</p>
<p>Hence, a friend of his invited him to take up Qigong together twice a week at a nearby Chinese School and fee is only Rm30 per month. Definitely so much cheaper than going to the gym!</p>
<p>Besides, doing Qigong also help to improve health and by concentrating, and by staying so focus, one can have a clearly mind state too. I just hope hubby would start to do something about himself, a change at least.</p>

<p>Instead of putting directly the food we like most into our mouth, we should eat in such sequent:<br />
(example)</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Tea &gt; fruits/salad &gt; soup &gt; vege &gt; egg/tofu &gt; meat</strong></li>
</ul>
<p>For my case at home, this is what I usually do when dinning with my family</p>
<ol>
<li>Herbalife tea mix (to speed up burning calorie in food intake)</li>
<li>Salad</li>
<li>Soup</li>
<li>Vege dish</li>
<li>Egg and meat</li>
</ol>
<p>Common sense: To make our tummy full with more healthier food intake, so that we take less meat or carbo at the end of the meal. <p>I read that this method helps to reduce food intake. Although I have not lost any weight as of now (first week), but at least I can control my food craving better now (at a longer interval). <p>A boy&#8217;s finger or hand somehow got into the side of the escalator and subsequently, the whole palm was suck in by the moving force.</p>
<p>Although escalator seems pretty safe, we will never know what can happen especially when we have small little children riding on it.</p>
<p>To prevent similar case from happening to our children, I think some very important points that we should look into are:</p>
<p><strong>Points to look out to for parents</strong></p>
<p>* Carry your little toddler during using escalator to prevent them from squatting down, JUST IN CASE<br />
* Warn your older child about the danger of escalator, explain DOs and DON’Ts clearly<br />
* Teach your older children to HOLD ONLY the TOP PART of the BLACK RUBBER UPPER RAIL without fingers into the side/bottom of the rubber rail (a FB friend shared her niece’s hand was somehow trapped on that part years back too!)<br />
* Younger kids should not be allowed to touch any parts of the escalator, DO NOT PICK UP something that has been dropped on the steps!<br />
* Parents should use lift when kids are placed in stroller<br />
* Even if it is a MUST to ride on an escalator with a child on stroller, do make sure that the child’s hand DO NOT TOUCH at part at the side of the escalator!</p>
<p>Hope the poor boy is alright, sigh&#8230;</p>
