It is certainly not because of sleep deprived, but it seems more like some internal health problem that she is getting. My neighbour said her face does not looks bright and it seems like something “dirty” (if you know what the Chinese believe to) has got into her. We are not really sure what it is but I certainly hope she goes to the doctor to improve her facial condition. I even gave her a small tube of under eye cream. Hope that could helps her to lighten her dark eyes circle.
